If it hasn’t been put out there already, since we’re approaching the end of season 3, I’d strongly advise continuing to watch the episodes of S4-6 in order because as the plot continues to grow you will definitely want full context for the best experience.

A couple notes: Lydia and Kira are supernatural but have yet to develop their powers. Also, werewolves CAN heal but they’re still part human so healing isn’t always a quick option.
