Two things, first does Sansa know he is alive or more likely is she feelings a LOT of guilt because she thinks he died for trying to help her? As for the second, I wonder how panicked the city will be now, with a masked killer "assasinating" two Kingsguard, especially with a previous one just a short while ago.

Yeah that seems about right. Just like with Shae and Tyrion Tywin will find these things out. Imo he probably knew about the incest at some point but it was already too late to actually do something about it without complete ruining his legacy.
