if you faint any shadow pokemon there's an area later where you can fight and try to capture them again, i recommend doing this whenever you accidentally knock them out because otherwise you have to get lucky and catch them without weakening them

If the Hexagon Brothers were the Hexagon Sisters, I would have named them Rouge, Amber, Saffron, Olive, Sky, and Violet. Also, remember to CATCH the Shadow Pokémon.
