This episode feels like a higher up cancelled the arc while they were in the middle of it. Like they were meant to have another episode, but got told to wrap it up in this one at the last minute so had to squeeze everything in.

Funny enough, when it was mentioned, I actually looked up why they called themselves team "Rocket" And while looking it up, I accidentally discovered they do in fact have a motto, "Steal Pokémon for profit. Exploit Pokémon for profit. All Pokémon exist for the glory of Team Rocket." ......So I guess neither the Team Rocket trio's who speak mottos got it right lol
