I'm never giving up. My brain might be ridiculing me that I keep doing everything wrong and that it's too late for anything to ever get better, but until that theory is proven, I'm going to keep trying different things until it either gets better or I stop moving. I still have a good 30 or so years before I get to average age of mortality risk, and a lot can change in 30 years. I need to find out what. Thanks for supporting me in that ๐
