Didn't Nicholas Brendon just act according to the script and direction he was given? He was just a living puppet like the rest of them.

Surprised at the read on Buffy getting over coming back from heaven. She's definitely not over that, just because it's not always front and centre doesn't mean there's not a heap of stuff pointing to her still not be okay. As for this episode, Nicholas Brendon plays Xander as a drunken abuser; I bet that was a huge stretch for his acting ability (hello sarcasm) ;D

It’s just confusing because he literally said “he’s trying to protect her….you have to see both sides”, and then completely flipped it around. Xander kinda sucks, but the reason for him leaving is beyond understandable.

If every character just told everyone else their story "conflict" most of the time, then there wouldn't be any means for a show whatsoever, lol. STOP trying to write an already written story and try to enjoy it. FUCK, lol.
