Good video, thanks! I have an anxiety disorder, so I definitely have to limit the news from the Ukraine and European conflicts. I spend more time on what I can do, rather than the limitless prepping needed to survive a nuclear event.
I totally agree with you I am so tired of the hype. I am just focusing on making things better for my family and I put the rest in God's hands.
