oh the fight was incredible too!!

Haggisllama

oh my goodness me. I unsubscribed for a bit but managed to get the extra cash recently. This is incredible. The constant back and forth in Sartha's head, the explicit statement of what the empire is, Handler almost reading as having the slightest sympathy for Sartha. Beautiful and lovely writing as ever.

So brutal.. really glad I got some money together for this. Genuinely delighted by the worldbuilding this is showing of the Empire, very giddy to read more

Thank you so much, for all of that!! I'm deeply, deeply flattered - SHOWHOUND is definitely trying to pay a little more attention to the (heretofor neglected lol) worldbuilding, and I'm glad that it's rewarding to read about. And especially, I'm glad the you feel so attached to the story and the characters. That really means a lot <3

I caught a cold recently and ended up spending all of today reading Warhound, and I loved it so much that I couldn't help but swing by your Patreon to see more! I can't quite recall the last time a story and setting captured my imagination so thoroughly, but you have managed to do so with this series. The erotica is superb, of course, but I'm also loving the turn toward worldbuilding, character development, politics, and good ol' fashioned Big Robot Fighting™ that we've been seeing in Rescue Hound and now Showhound. As someone who came into this not very familiar with mecha media, I can certainly grasp the appeal of the genre now. The fight scenes capture the pure glee I felt watching Gurren Lagann for the first time when I was a wee middle schooler, many moons ago. I'm very excited to see where the series is headed next. The gradual descent into depravity we've seen has been at once heart-wrenching and tantalizing. I expect things will get much worse before they get better, if they get better at all - even so, I have a sliver of hope that one of our main characters will successfully crawl out of the shit-pit, reclaim her humanity, and maybe heal someday. I've gotten too attached to them for me to want anything else :( but I suppose that's a testament to the quality of your writing!
