Here we go now.
Most of American society these days is completely numb, uneducated and despondent it seems. Reading about Post-Keynesianism and the process of it changing the then-status quo in the US one can see how today even a nonrevolution revolution like Keynesianism would not stand a chance of changing this chaos. Why? Because many people, including economists educated at “world class institutions” and especially politicians, don’t read anymore or reason anymore. Their thinking is entirely obscured by addiction and trauma and obsession with cheap intra-extra-destructive pleasures like money, fame, drugs, and other forms of consumption.
