1:26:00 I agree that the accusations of stalin Mao and others being agents of other worldly evil is stupid and irrelevant for modern day organizing, but people immediately resort to using said accusations the moment they even catch the slightest whiff of socialist rhetoric being used. How would one go about propagandizing without making it seem like one is avoiding said conversations? I ask because some people may interpret this is being afraid of the “truth” of communism etc

You touched on it a bit but if there is one superpower we as the worldwide left have, then it is that we are more and so have an almost inexhaustible pool of potential help. Get used to offering help in areas you know you are passable (you're probably way better than you think of yourself) and get used to asking for help. Let people read theory to you in voice chat, ask artists for help and input in designing pamphlets... Whatever situation you're in, you don't need to be stuck in it alone.

In the end the right will always have more money. Therefore we need to be more clever. Right wing media also has it easier because they offer easy, reassuring solutions. You just need to hate this minority or that other collective. Also, the economy works in a self-evident way that everybody knows. Everybody knows money creation creates inflation therefore we need austerity. Everything knows the private sector is better with the money and more efficient therefore we need to privatize everything. And so on and so forth

Audiobooks are a great way to fit in reading when you have a busy schedule too, I’m currently working my way through Capital by Marx as a very busy mom of 3 (2 of my littles are autistic and require a lot of care) homemaker (ie. I take care of all the household chores, bills, shopping, cooking etc) and freelance artist, I definitely understand being too busy to sit down and read regularly, audiobook are a great way to absorb theory on the go 💕
