26 is a great time to start creating political content, no one gives a shit what some early 20-some things has to say people in their early twenties don't know shit like you need fucking life experience so yeah when you're like 26 you're just at the beginning of when people are actually going to care what you have to say I mean I wouldn't think you're getting too old until you're getting into your forties if you haven't started doing political organizing or working with any sort of groups before (though the bad hasbara guys show it isnt impossible). 26 is a great time to start you're still very early in your window, good luck

@43ish mins: there's actually a light novel series, which is not meant to be a serious investigation of the idea of class relations in the presence of magic, but ends up exploring the idea anyway: I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire. Main character gets reincarnated into a technologically advanced world with magic, which has a system of nobility where he's reborn, and most nobles, despite access to technologies to educate quickly and efficiently and lifespans around half a millennium, tend to prevent education beyond a basic level, instead choosing to educate specific individuals when they need someone for a specific role in order to prevent the kind of understanding and insight that might lead to unrest. Dude doesn't institute democracy or anything cause he imagines himself to be an evil lord, but his first acts are to build infrastructure, educate his people, modernize, and lower taxes on the working class on his planet (in his mind, so that they have more wealth for him to fleece later, but he never really does anything horrible, even though he also doesn't give up his class identity or start any revolution).
