I've tested these launch options and they have little to no effect on fps. I don't use maxgibs 0 because you can't hear when someone demolishes something, I'll look into how water quality effects visibility. nolog does nothing

Water Quality 2 will allow you to see better in terms of when you're underwater looking outside the waters surface (for example onto oil rig). Also here's some launch options -headlerp 100 -headlerp_inertia false -maxgibs 0 -nolog -player.eye_blinking 0 -player.eye_movement 0 -legs.enablelegs 0 -decal.limit 20
