Refracting Lights Config for Touge Workshop AE86 V1.1

Changes in V1.1:
Fixed headlights brightness on road for better visibility at night.
Fixed interior lights.
RPM gauge now displays the correct RPM.
Minor adjustment to brake lights refraction. (more identical to demo video now.)
HOW TO (Custom Shaders Patch required)
1. Make sure you have Touge Workshop AE86 GT-APEX Zenki 3 Door Installed.

2. Extract ext_config for tw_toyota_ae86_gtapex_zenki_3door v1.1.7z to "assettocorsa\content\cars"
3. Open "ReflectionsFX Debug" app in game then close it if you have broken headlights!
