Health Update:
🕑 Added 2025-10-22 03:02:15 +0000 UTCHi guys.. I’ve been gone again. But I’ve been trying to figure out why I get so fatigued and depressed.. well turns out…
I had blood work done and I found out that my extreme fatigue and a lot of other symptoms were related to an extreme vitamin D deficiency. Going back for more labs soon. I’m still looking into the vaginal pain I’ve been having on and off, and getting a pelvic xray. Going to start supplements soon and see if that's helps me both mentally and physically. One more thing is, I'm no longer having issues with my thyroid or pre diabetes which is great. Just overwhelmed by everything else that's coming into play now. I have my psychiatrist appointment tomorrow as well so we shall see what happens there. I appreciate and love you guys. I’m sorry I don’t do well with content and being active, I just haven’t been well. But I’m hoping to soon.
