I'd argue the "he gets us" ads were among the most evil, because of who funds them, and the fact that it's there to trick people. It doesn't matter if the message is hate, or a calculated kindness, right wing Christians want the same result: No public assistance or education, minorities invisible, women subjugated, and queer people tortured.
