Curious what those folks over at Woke or Not think of the original "Night of the Living Dead" - particularly the ending? That's iconic horror and sends a message that remains incredibly (sadly) relevant 56 years later. Seems like it'd be such a bummer to be a woke-hating horror fan, as many of the best horror films are layered with good social commentary...

Wes Craven- a man who loved Ingmar Bergman's The Virgin Spring so much he made his own version. And that version was Last House on the Left. He ruled and we lost a real one when he died. He and George Romero were great at socially conscious horror.
