My second point, I aint no plumber, BUT you plumbed the heat exchanger in backwards. that thing needs to cross flow. meaning, hot goes IN from the floor heat at the top, the hot for your spit swap unit needs to go OUT at the top. Peg, you need to put the heat exchanger before the heated floor system. You are loosing heat because of the mixing valve. Iām not sure how your setup is but usually the floor pump turns off when the shop is up to temp. If you put the spit swap setup off the main lines that come in it would work much better!
