I got to this page to frame it and had a moment of, "Oh. No speech bubbles. Yaaaaay?" Been a while since a straight-up action page, and it was fun - glad it translated into some fine kickass. Haha some'a these death shots are morbidly hilarious, I will admit. My fav is poor wide-eyed bastard in 4. And thaaaaanks I did have to consciously weigh how much damage each side would really take, how much badass to whip out - I'm not exactly a combat expert. I just learned how to (approximately) draw guns, gatdamnit. The decision to make all the HADES bros one color was sheer laziness BUT I accept that it creates some clarity on the battlefield, too. Were I LESS lazy I'd give everyone secondary colors/accents on top of the maroon, but y'know, *I ain't got all day,* ladies. Take your generic cannon fodder bad guys. Gotta love that mixed bag of badass that is Tex <3

Oh LAWDT you did IT BIG :allears: Hot shit'n damn, woman, this is fine work. SO MUCH PERSPECTIVE. Tex flyin' through the air is pimp, her action shots are pimp, and HAW lookee there, the magnum we was talkin' about makes an appearance, thanks HADES. Love the uhhhhh dead guy up there in frame 5, whoops :wolfhee: But it's good, a nice li'l detail to remind us shit has GONE DOWN. But yeah, you fuckin' rocked every shot and angle, here. Tex steals the show but the other two Freelancers ain't too shabby, either. BUT at the same time, you also remind us, YEAH, this is still HADES -- that bottom frame a fantastic nudge back to reality. Badass heroes can't get EVERYTHING perfect. Honestly ya simple color scheme workin' wonders here, too, by the way -- gives us a very clear visual of BAD GUY vs. GOOD GUY and it helps the choreography flow smoother. Whodathunk, eh? I will give Tex an honest ovation here -- love her, hate her, but she a *badass* and game recognize game :hikobert:
