I love xianxias. They’re everything wrong with teenage-oriented books, their grammar is often shit, the story is always repetitive and boring, the villains are, without fail, arrogant idiots, and the MC is always right and just despite clearly being an asshole. And yet, I still read it. Must be doing something right :-/
