The reason higher adventurers don't take smaller jobs is because smaller adventurers tend to get mad at them for taking up work(not in front of the adamantite adventurer tho cause that would be the equivalent of a rising actor in small commercials getting mad at a Hollywood actor, it could destroy potential future connections) since higher rank adventures could finish a small job really fast and burn through requests which could hurt the smaller adventurer's pockets. Ainz worries about his reputation so he wouldn't do that as Momon.

The skill goal of all life is an insta death spell but shalltear has immunity to insta death spell so he had to use cry of the banshee to negate that abilty first. Als9 cant wait for season 2 woooooo

the eye at the end was used by aura because ainz hesitated to kill her so aura used it to give ainz time to finish her...
