This is beautiful. Please, god, more. If you somehow manage some code magic for a input-output framework for the community to support modded crafting stations and automation? Oh lord. Just dreaming

This looks very cool! I am concerned about performance though. This dang game is just not built to run with too many moving parts, and even just the vanilla game starts to lag in mid-late game. I know that there is only so much a mod can do, but try to keep performance in mind if you can. Thanks for all the great mods!

But why… we have our own factory mod. Why take someone else’s work when we can just continue our own VE mod which has been around for years already?

i mean i would love to see someone take up the reigns to reinvigorate project rimfactory. i definitely think you all could do a good job with it.

The beatings will continue until production improves!

The items are already despawned, rendering a visual costs almost no performance. I think it’s important for players to know where their resources are going, especially once factories begin to become more and more complex.

I'll take any performance hit for conveyer porn

Maybe you could make one that doesnt show the stuff moving on it, like a covered one so the game doesnt have to render stuff being moved? I have no idea how rimworld code works or any code works but might that work?

Traffic jam on the 405! A wagon train of United Steel Worker's long-haulers came to an abrupt halt after two of them discovered the freeway abruptly ended with no off-ramp. In all seriousness, lookin' good!
