This is just amazing. I could NEVER leave a bike out in the open in that way. I've had two bikes stolen from me, and on the second occasion they took the time to use tools to remove it. And this little thing is standing guard all on its own. Says a lot about a culture that shows that much respect for personal property. 14 years, and I'm still blown away by what I learn.
