The rice fields will still be here whenever you come, for sure! Check the immigration website after September 1st, should be better news for you.

In these uncertain times, I will only dance once I've reached my accomodation in Japan, exhausted. At this point, I wouldn't even be surprised if my plane crashed somewhere during flight. I'm still waiting for my visa documents from the Immigration Bureau in Japan, so it's looking increasingly likely that my departure is delayed by at least a week, from whatever the initial arrival date was supposed to be (because I was never informed). I suppose I'll take a delay every time, if the alternative is not going at all... But it is a bit frustrating. No website I can find currently displays the information you provided in this video, but if what you say is true, I expect it to show up in the next few days. Would be really funny to be able to look at and smell the ricefields, never seen them in real life.
