Most of these are not exposed to sunlight... so maybe OK? We have some in our house and the colour hasn't changed.

I wonder if fake food can suffer from plastic discoloration with time, and if you can retrobright it...

Visually amazing.... but no aroma! you have to know this food as the plate would stimulate a taste memory. I see a book in the future.... "THE FAKE FOOD DIET". No fat, no salt, no sugar, no wasabi! No Calories. No nuthin' Cheers Jerry
