Not sure, Sue, picked it up at the home center. Bought 4 little sprouting bulbs... have more than we can handle now, they grow VERY well in the heat.

It seems they use the water to make mud to make their nests, Brian. I have seen them do it before, but couldn't find the nest this time. Two of them are back and forward to the pond all day. Not interested in us at all.

Ok, I'm reassured. When I saw the thumbnail, I thought that was a murder hornet. Thankfully it was not. And in as much as I hate even regular hornets, when I saw him drinking even I had to call a time out. Little fella needed some water. And I don't know why... but I find geckos hilarious.
