I use an app to track my workouts, I would suggest tracking in some fashion because I am way too distract-able and forgetful, especially when I am spending my brain power on just getting my body to move heavy thing despite muscles that say stop and go couch. It's also a nice energy refill to look back on my progress. The progress you make when you're just starting out can be so huge, it's hard to believe. You can do it!
