I'm taking a little break from my project Phantasma to paint something that I just feel like painting right now.
Yesterday, it snowed in my town for the first time in... years I think? It made me so happy! If you're living in the city, it can be so dull and grey during the cold months, but snow makes it all look soft and magical.
And I also wanted to paint another train station. There's just something about them that I really love. They're places where, every day, so many lives intersect. And you're spending a moment with strangers that you may or may not ever see again.

We have also a little snow today, and it's the same light ! a bit blue, a bit grey :)

Very nice! To fight the winter blues here in Canada, some people leave up their Christmas lights until spring to give a bit of colour to an otherwise dull looking season. Fresh snow helps big time, too.
