most people pay to support the show/content in general. the "rewards" are just extra. complaining isn't really helpful and can often discourage further engagement. i understand the frustration but there are more polite ways to approach it. they're very aware they don't always deliver because ya know..they've mentioned it a lot. it's usually more beneficial to reward the behavior you want than to complain. so when they post an extra you might try encouraging that instead of complaining. or not. positivity works wonders.

Kevin, oysters are a complete protein food source, so they have all the amino acids you need to survive which makes them a "complete food source". They're low in calories though so you're gonna be eating a ton of oysters. I don't think you'll run into the lean issue that rabbits have.
You could also swallow a penny and see if your friends can race the penny lol "what the heck is the camera seeing there!" "Oh I ate a penny." "YOU WHAT?!?"
