Perfect encapsulation of the pod dynamic. William, prideful and unscrupulous, hatches an underhanded scheme and is punished for his hubris. Kevin, gentle and honest, works quietly on a normal, reasonable design that respects the rules. And Allen, oh Allen, always putting the joke first, immediately tries to make a dick tower, bemoans half way through that he didn’t make it a 9/11 tribute, and somehow ends up making the best damn marshmallow tower in history
