Extra Fee Warning
🕑 Added 2024-08-12 20:14:19 +0000 UTCI'm sure you've heard this elsewhere already but Apple is instating massive fees on the ios app version of patreon. I highly suggest you switch over to using the desktop site (before the end of the year) otherwise you are just throwing away money...and not even to me, but to Apple. Gross.

March 2020 onwards has just been a slow build up of bad things, and 2024 is where people start realize they’re unable to afford anything. Eventually nobody will be able to afford anything, companies will panic and fire as many people they can get away with, and then they all go bankrupt once their profits dry up. Depression, at least mine, has appreciated the free real-estate. I’m just lucky I’m in a decent position atm and have the opportunity to work on it… less and less people probably don’t have that luxury

I got a head start on hating them. But yea, it feels like corporations became approx 200% more anti consumer this last decade
