Autódromo de Pucarani – Pucarani V1.1

Following feedback received from local drivers, I've updated Autódromo de Pucarani to Version 1.1, which is available now.
What's new:
- New actual layout amended, with different final sector (in the video)
- Classic layout is now counterclockwise
- Adjusted grassFx and dirt placed trackside
- New surfaces.ini file for all real layouts
- AIs and cameras for all real layouts amended accordingly

Hi, Surely it will be done! It's not in the next releases and not in the immediate pipeline as I've received lots of requests but surely I'll remember about your request and try to factor it among the prioritization
