TJC...its one of the things I really respect about your channel. You are so careful to only show you and not your family or children. I think there are positives about Japans respect for privacy.

Weird, isn't it. Like showing their face is somehow risking their safety or something.

I've been wondering why they do this? I understand privacy if they are in a public place but couldn't they just say no to having their picture photographed or ask that it not be shared? I've even seen Instagram accounts which are set to public and they do this on their own account. Why even post it if you don't want your face seen?
