But doesn't this guy have to offload his harvest periodically? His... idk... hopper gets full or something? Maybe his path is designed to put him near the receiving truck just as he gets full? I don't know anything about any of this, but I just wondered. I mean, does the Zamboni have to do anything like?

Wow, this could earn me a lot of hate points, but as a Canuck I have to say I think the manner in which they harvest is very inefficient. They need to do that "zamboni style". Ever see the way the ice cleaning machine cleans the ice between periods at a hockey game? You drive up the middle firstly, and then in concentric circles thereafter. No reversing. No waste of fuel. This fellow seems to be doubling his time, effort, and fuel costs. Den wit de money yous saves, it's off to Timmy's fer a double-double, eh? Ohhh, yes.
