I have the app "COVIDSAFE" downloaded on my mobile phone here in Australia. It provides a load of information (Health, Education, Business and financial support, Community safety and settlement services & Visas and the border) about the current situation regarding COVID-19. Yes, it does track your movements in the event of a COVID-19 positive person coming in contact with you. I'm all for it. No issue with yours truly regarding privacy concerns regarding this app.

The idea of gov't or corporate sponsored apps that track your every movement AND who you meet or come in contact with is a slippery (China-like) slope I don't feel comfortable with. I don't think the illusion of "security" from COVID is worth the forfeit of privacy.
