What is the truth?

We know the Patreon company would like to be paid more money up front, but we find it hard to believe that patrons want to do that. Even if what they say is true, that means 68% DON"T want to pay upfront and a year ahead - so we DON'T intend to do this. Interested to hear your opinions, though.

No, I don't like the pay-up-front idea. I'm on a limited income & can't afford it. If introduced, it should be an OPTION that the subscriber can SELECT, not be forced into. I can only see it eroding channel subscriptions if Patreon introduce it.
