It seems the different trees change colour at different times so it lasts for weeks, Brian. Driving around is just beautiful, at the moment. Golds and yellows and reds and oranges, just amazing.

Autumn really does hang around for a while, doesn't it? The best part of autumn up here lasts for maybe two weeks. As for peak leaf season... About a week. November here means sleet and snow, and bracing for Old Man Winter's full fury. Too bad, apart from summer, autumn absolutely rocks.
