EVs are the way to go, especially in Japan, where distances are short and there is already massive amounts of charging infrastructure in place. Even if it was cheaper and more efficient, setting up hydrogen in Japan still just isn't worth it, if only Toyota would find something better to do.

This will be relevant if prices go down and hydrogen production gets carbon-free.
