I love my Arcteryx Sidewinder SV but it's honestly not worth the MSRP. I bought a backup Arcteryx coat used on ebay for $140. That's the way to go. You'll pay half or less for an amazing coat. Helly Hansen also makes great stuff, as does Outdoor Research.
