Thank you for this Sara, I’m sorry you’ve had to go through all this but I’m happy that a lot of us will feel less alone in our own lows and downs when we have someone like you to relate some of our feelings to. I love that your platform and this community is nice and safe enough for you to want to be vulnerable and open to talk about the less beautiful parts of your life. Counseling has been one of my better decisions as of lately too, once you find the right therapist etc it really can help you work through a lot! I recommend anyone to try it if they are in need of help🌷 sadness is a normal part of life, yes, but a sad life isn’t☁️ Hugs!!
