HOW WE DELIVER OUR MODELS
All of our models are delivered via MyMiniFactory, where they will be saved in your library forever, even if you unsubscribe. Simply create an account on MMF with the same e-mail you signed up with on Patreon to get your minis.
Within 48hrs you'll receive a link via e-mail to redeem your minis on MMF. Please make sure to wait 48hrs and then check your spam folder before contacting us about missing files.

I can't seem to find the tanks in my MMF library. What am I missing? EDIT: This release is amazing. Those grunts! And I literally (figuratively) squeed over the otter. Brilliant stuff!! 2nd Edit: Found the tank. Disregard the complaint, take the compliment. 😝

Hello, can you give us the exact name of the file you're having problems with? I checked the supported tracks STL's in Chitu and they were both hollow for me so there might be another issue going on.

Not yet, since Star Quest itself was only released a week ago some of it's components are still on the way, like the starter heroes and the campaign.
