Note: Delayed Models
Unfortunately due to production delays and the Holidays some of our January models will be delayed. We apologize for this inconvenience and the models will be automatically added to all January Tier 2 Patron Supporters as they are available. The following items are delayed:

The Monthly Release which includes each month's miniature rewards. Every month you'll receive lots of highly detailed and beautifully sculpted models, as well as some extras. We also include highly detailed terrain, bases, and even some cross-promo models from other Patreons (download these ASAP, because they're removed at the end of the month).

HOW WE DELIVER OUR MODELS
All of our models are delivered via MyMiniFactory, where they will be saved in your library forever, even if you unsubscribe. Simply create an account on MMF with the same e-mail you signed up with on Patreon to get your minis.
Within 48hrs you'll receive a link via e-mail to redeem your minis on MMF. Please make sure to wait 48hrs and then check your spam folder before contacting us about missing files.

Step 3. Log in to MMF and download your minis
Note: Check under "My Library > Objects shared with me" to find the models.

So for the artillery, the stl has 5 weapon options but the Army Forge the artillery only has 3 weapon options. Am I missing something?

In the case of Gang Wars it was always a separate supplement that was not released on patreon and can be found for purchase on DTRPG. Any missions newly released within the last year will also be a part of the Tales of Tyria Vol.1 and Sirius Chronicles Vol.1 which you would have got a link for to claim in your DTRPG.

How do i get past modules and supplements if i don't download them the month they're on the Patreon page, with out having to pay for them a second time buying them on Drive-thru RPG. I'm looking at events on the Adepticon website and it talks about using certain books and rules from specific lists. "We will use the Gang Wars supplement...Players should build 300 point lists focusing on the Gang of New Eden army lists."

yes you will. Every release is grouped on MMF by release month. Delayed models are simply uploaded to the matching months bundle. Which you will already have access to, so it will just be in your account automatically.

You can download the rules from the Tier 1 post while an active Patreon, at the end of the month we'll send an e-mail that will also allow you to redeem them on Drive Thru RPG: https://www.patreon.com/posts/rewards-tier-1-60631647

Your rewards will be sent to Myminifactory (make an account if you don't have one, better if is with the same mail of your patreon account). After around two days you subscribe you'll receive an email with a link to your rewards (if both your patreon and myminifactory accounts share the email, it will be automatic without need for a confirmation mail). Once redeemed, those files will be in your myminifactory library, available to download all the time.

Definitely contact OPR directly when you can, it might be a synchronisation issue between your patreon account and MMF, I've had it before with other designers on patreon.
