Though seeing a christian China would be cool, and a very interesting scenario, you just cannot go wrong with the Bismarck scenario imo

Not sure if that will happen, because I looked into the Taiping Christian religion, it similar to protestantism but also a lot of its own thing, but it doesn't mean that Europe would be closer given the Taiping wanted to modernized the country and changed it into a theocracy with an absolute king.

Bismarck's death prior to the establishment of the North German Confederation, then the Franco-Prussian War, then the German Empire.....talk about one event causing a HUGE divergence. With the Chinese scenario, Imperial China will do Chinese things whether theyre Christian for a time or not. Bismarck being assassinated prior to all that, pretty big changes.

Christian China? I think it'll help foreign relations go smoother, leading to a China more connected to the West as a whole. Would be interesting to see that.

The Bismarck one has always been a point of interest with me but I am too curious to see how Christian China differs from the Christian Japan video.

I’m interested in Taiping China, if only because i don’t think it could survive, resulting in a much quicker/spectacular collapse and a whole new fun denomination appearing.
