I honestly do not see France lasting long anyway since they'd be fighting socialists of some sort in Germany right after the war to defend their former foes

France also has a workers movement. So if the French send their army to fight in Germany there will most likely be workers uprisings in France as well. Shortly followed by uprisings in the UK. I don't see that America could go into isolation in these circumstances. To each observer that would be the start of the world revolution.

Last senario probably ends with a revolution in france considering how possible that was in absense of what french leftists would certainly proclaim the arrival of the world revolution and the end of capitalism
