Got alot of requests on this particular black. So I painted the chaplains in this style.
You can use many different darker blues. Incubi is a great alternative for dark sea blue that I use in this video for example.

Glad you like it! You could try despair green or other bluegreens instead of dark sea blue. It's the first layer that usually sets the tone for the rest. you can also add to the highlights a hint of green to the pale blue. about 5%.

Great stuff. Super effective way of painting black, good looking result. Any suggestion on a other kind of blue instead of Dark Sea Blue if you would want to try and highlight black a bit more blue-greenish?
