Body language is important. When I used to sell retail, I would angle off to not be facing client directly and also hand them a brochure if they had their arms crossed, then add mirroring among other tools. Non verbal skills are critical to get an edge in social / business encounters.

Really don't know if I should 'close any deal' with them. Also with those ‘missed opportunities’ from the pass, I have a few times bumped into them again but they all tend to behave very repulsive to you .. is it possible to turn the tide around? I am also interested in hearing Coach’s experience when it is about closing deals in business. I do agree getting woman to bed is in many ways similar to closing deals in business, but with all sort of male from all age.
