Yea, Seri's mom isn't actually her mom lol. Also, since you guys mentioned that you liked his character, Kim Jung Hyun (the guy that stole the money from Seri's bro & moved to North Korea) actually dated Seo Ye Ji (Ko Moon Young from It's Okay to Not Be Okay...another fave of ya'lls) in real life. Lol I don’t think you guys understood so here it goes, Seri’s mom is her stepmom which means that Seri’s is not her biological daughter. Despite her not being her biological daughter, Seri loved her ever since she was a child until that one incident where she left her on the beach. The mom never wanted to accept Seri’s love because she was not her biological daughter. Since Seri’s brothers are older than her then that means that Seri was born due to maybe an affair therefore the dad cheated and Seri was born. But Yh that’s my take on it.
