I'm not a merch fan either. Instead of buying a cheap shirt from across the country just so you can "support me" with a $4 cut of the profit, I'd much rather just get a $3 tip.
I'm not one to buy merch so I'll abstain on that but here's a few quick ideas. Pizza in a skillet! Or maybe: Cook, don't just meal prep. Or Microwaving does not mean you can cook.

Don't settle for these. Wait for inspiration and make your own when you feel it. A dog eating corn on the cob is probably a step in the right direction.

I like some of the ideas, but the execution I think could be better. TBH I'd buy something with your face on it, that mustache gets me every time lol.
I really doubt anyone in the world wants to ever wear the words "DATE NIGHT" on their chest, but the Bon Appetit riff is slick and I think with some simplification, the chickpea can could be a banger.
