TL;DR I'll add a vote to next post. Please participate so i know where to go!
So, i've jumped to making sketches for poses but ran into expected issue - they don't fit to 20 and 25mm bases as you can see on the screenshot. None of them.
So i want a feedback from you on what i should do:
1. Stick to sitting figures to reduce the base's size as much as possible
2. Not stick to sitting figures and instead just make them look good. For ATGM it will mean going prone, for AGL pose akin to angled push ups as those are most-used IRL.
In either way i'll supply them with "slot" (not exactly oval) bases of necessary size, it is not a problem

Realistic poses please :) not too bothered about the bases, as I put them on 40mm or 50mm as crew served weapons
