Paper Mario 64 R | v2.7b Released (With & without white outline)

Hey everyone! This is a HUGE update, almost 200Mb! This might be one of the biggest updates so far! The main goal was work on most of the Chapter 4 characters (Shy Guys, Anti guy, Medi guy, Sky guy, Spy guy, Jr. Troopa, etc) and improve the quality and animations of some other characters (Fice T., Lee, Merlon, etc). Some other characters have been done too, including environment textures, so check the changelog.txt for more info!
You'll need the last GlideN64 dev build. I'll share the one I'm using here. You can find the setting with the texture pack file.

Thanks so much! I found a missing texture - when Mario is carrying Watt and running north (away from the camera) I see the original texture for MArio's back. I can provide a screenshot if that's helpful.
