Let’s go all the way back to the original incident that caused the Dick/Maddox feud to go public - Maddox stole the iTunes feed for the Biggest Problem and redirected it to his new show, deleting the old show in the process. This led to the greatest prank in podcast history where Dick stole the feed back and inserted a special audio message for Maddox’s audience after the Lolsuit was settled (TDS ep 116, starting at 5:45).

Let’s not forget he posted thousands of names on his website, under a nazi symbol, and declared them all a “hate mob,” directly accusing all of these people of harassing him. This list was simply everyone who had ever followed The Dick Show Facebook page. My wife’s name is on there, and she doesn’t even listen to TDS, she just followed the page out of curiosity right after The Biggest Problem ended. She couldn’t care less about Maddox, or Dick for that matter, she sure as hell isn’t “stalking” or “harassing” him. Hard to believe this hasn’t led to a lawsuit yet.

First one to hit IMO is a small correction to the rapelist/"get raped" contextualisation -- It is actually Maddox who brings in the original "get raped" mr burgers spam replying, and in the episode maddox is gleefully laughing like a small child so much so that this is the cause of it becoming a memetic reoccurring joke, maddox's over reaction and pure innocent joy at it. Typing this out its probably too autistic a point to make on the show but if the original ep it was brought on could be found the giggle clip could sell it and would be relatively easy to locate due to its proximity to the live shows. During the ""Silence"" he pretends to have had, he was often lashing out privately at fans in lieu of any public comment,, including posting people families back at them, threats to call employers, police and CPS etc dick has to have screenshots. Can't remember if covered in last ep but his gf from time of lawsuit described the relationship as her 'most abusive ever' or something close to that after breaking up.
